Salad: Cranberry Spinach Salad – Tender baby spinach leaves with mandarin orange segments, sliced California strawberries, Bermuda onions, honey glazed pecans with poppy seed dressing.
Entrée: New York Strip with a Red Wine Demi Glace decadent sauce with garlic mashed potatoes, Roasted Asparagus & Carrots, with Rolls & Butter
Desserts: Alternative 3 Layer Chocolate Cake and Key Lime Pie
